Pickup orders have NO delivery fee.
There is no small order fee and no order minimum — you can order any amount. Free-delivery promotions (first order and Big Club) apply only to orders with a food subtotal of $15.00 or more; below that amount the normal zone delivery fee applies.
Big Club is an optional membership ($10.99/month) that gives free delivery on orders of $15.00 or more and 3%–5% back in points on the food subtotal. Members can cancel anytime; the benefit continues until the end of the paid period.
A flat $0.99 service fee applies to every order (delivery and pickup). It helps operate the Big Asere platform and is always itemized separately at checkout before payment.
Big Asere collects and remits sales tax as a marketplace facilitator. The rate depends on the delivery jurisdiction (currently Nebraska state plus North Platte city rates) and is calculated on the order subtotal after discounts plus delivery and service fees. Voluntary tips are never taxed. The tax amount is itemized at checkout and on your receipt.
Some menu prices on the platform may include a markup over the restaurant's in-store price, to help cover platform and service costs. This markup is already reflected in the displayed item price you see before adding to cart — there are no separate or surprise charges. When a markup applies, a notice is shown on the restaurant's menu page.
The combined total of the restaurant's commission and any markup is capped per business model: 25% for the Platform and Pickup models, and 15% for the BYOD model. The External model uses no markup.
Tips are 100% optional and go 100% to your driver. Big Asere takes no portion of any tip.
Applicable Nebraska state and local sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout per current tax rates.

*Commission is paid by the restaurant, not added to your order. It is charged on the base food price only — never on delivery fees or tips. The delivery fee goes to Big Asere; 100% of any tip goes to the driver.
New restaurant partners may receive a 14-day launch period during which Big Asere waives its commission (0%). This affects only what the restaurant pays Big Asere; menu prices and any markup shown to customers remain the same during this period.
Big Asere does not use surveillance-based or personalized pricing. Prices, markups, and fees do not vary based on your personal data, device, browsing history, or perceived willingness to pay. Every customer sees the same menu price and the same fee structure for the same restaurant and delivery distance.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Big Asere does not charge junk fees, and we do not retain non-refundable service charges on cancelled orders that qualify for a refund. See our Refund Policy for full terms.
By placing an order you authorize Big Asere to charge your payment method, via Stripe, for the full order total shown at checkout — subtotal, delivery fee, taxes, and any tip. The total shown before you confirm is the total you pay; no hidden charges are added afterward. See our Refund Policy.
