1. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use Big Asere for any of the following:
- Any illegal activity or any purpose violating local, state, or federal law
- Creating fake, fraudulent, or duplicate accounts
- Placing fraudulent or false orders, or fraudulent payment disputes / chargebacks
- Manipulating ratings, reviews, promotions, or the loyalty program
- Abusing the refund system or making false claims about orders
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing drivers, restaurant staff, or support agents
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempting unauthorized access to our systems
- Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation
2. Eligibility & Age-Restricted Items
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order.
- Big Asere does not deliver alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, cannabis, or any age-restricted goods. These items cannot be ordered through the Service under any business model.
- You may not use the Service to order, transport, or obtain any illegal, hazardous, or prohibited goods.
3. Consequences
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, cancellation of orders without refund, forfeiture of loyalty points, and — where warranted — referral to law enforcement and civil legal action to recover damages.
